Almond Nut Grabbers

These make a great breakfast or a wonderful snack when you are out shopping.

1 Cup almond slivers

1/2 Cup coconut flakes

1/4 almond butter

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp whole flaxseeds

2 tbsp rice or almond milk

tsp vanilla extract

 

Preheat oven 375 F

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients together. let sit 15 minutes for the chia to release mucilage.

 

Form into 2-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes- done when tops are golden brown. Store in airtight container.
